Gloria Sandoval, Executive Director

Gloria Sandoval, Executive Director of STAND! Against Domestic Violence, has more than 30 years experience in nonprofit management. Ms. Sandoval has been the Executive Director of STAND! since 1997 and prior to her tenure with STAND! served as the Executive Director of the Shanti Project in San Francisco. Between 1979 and 1993, Ms. Sandoval headed the Rape Crisis Center of Contra Costa and Marin Counties. Ms. Sandoval also has extensive experience in the field of organizational development and has conducted local, statewide, and national trainings in the areas of administration, personnel management, conflict resolution, diversity, and strategic planning. Ms. Sandoval is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.
